RBC GranFondo Kelowna is a ride you've been waiting for: a spectacular looping course starting in downtown Kelowna that tours through the gorgeous and scenic Okanagan Valley. Cradled within a glorious range of mountains, Kelowna is a sanctuary filled with pristine lakes, verdant pine forests, abundant orchards and vineyards, and sandy beaches.

Expanded list of what your entry fee includes:
- A dedicated lane width for cycling for the entire ride
- Timing chip for all riders. Track your performance on overall ride time and on pre-determined course sections
- Five fully-stocked Rest Stops along the course
- Mechanical support at Rest Stops as well as roving mechanics to offer assistance
- Medical support at Rest Stops well as roving medics along the course
- Sag wagon support to the finish for all riders unable to continue (we'll pick you up and get you to the finish line)

Important Notes
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable under any circumstances. All entry fees are in Canadian dollars.
No riders under the age of 19 years can participate in the event without written adult permission from their parent or guardian. A "Minor Participation Form" should be completed by their parents or legal guardian to authorize participation - contact info(at)rbcgranfondokelowna.com to request a copy.
Licensed Riders
For those looking to ride the GranFondo among experienced cyclists with the knowledge and experience of riding in a tight peloton. Cyclists who held a UCI license between 2008 and 2012 will be authorized to stage in a designated area for the start of the event.
How do you get authorized for the designated staging area?
Riders who have held a valid UCI road cycling licence in Category 1 through 4 or Masters between 2008 and 2012 will be granted access into a designated staging area. All riders with such a licence and who want to be staged in this designated area will need to show their licence at Package Pickup to receive identification that will grant access to this designated staging area.
Team Registration
Teams in either the GranFondo or Medio have a maximum of 9 and a minimum of 5 members.
Team categories are all Male, all Female or Mixed gender (Mixed Teams). A Mixed team must have a minimum of two males and two females on the team.
A team’s finishing time is based on the time achieved by the 5th rider across the finish line. For mixed gender teams, the team time must include the time of at least two males and two females. Teams of less than 5 members can participate, but will NOT receive an official team finish time. Instead, results for these teams will be reported as individual times.
Creating a team and adding members
If you are already registered and want to create a new team and add members, please email info(at)rbcgranfondokelowna.com. List the team name, identify one person to be team captain, and list up to eight (8) other individuals to join your team. Be sure to include all team members as cc’s on the email so we can assume all individuals have given permission to be added to your team.
